The space offers a variety of options for event hosting! - Livestream Recordings - Private Parties - Private Movie Screenings - Private Concerts/Performances - Meeting Spaces Full sound system with mixing board and PAs installed, professionally built for sound control and recording. Lighting that can be adapted to your personal event. We have a back lot that can also be rented for overflow or additional spaces for your guests. NOTE: to have use of our sound system and adaptable lights the Audio Engineer must be added on for as many hours as your event.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
