About the Space
Our house was built in 1948 before Capistrano Beach was incorporated into the city of Dana Point. We bought it in 2013 and enjoyed our sweet 1000 square foot house for 4 years. In 2017, we remodeled the house while trying to stay as true to the homes original mid century ascetic as possible. Our home has a simple color palette with some unique features and decor. The backyard is large and blends seamlessly with the house. The main part of our house is a very open floor plan. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs that can be used for anything and 2 bedrooms upstairs that can be used for whatever is needed.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
