About the Space

This space is your cozy home away from home. It’s a roomy two bedroom, one bathroom downstairs unit, in a townhome style triplex, with a kitchen. This unit has a number of shared walls with the other units. You have a private entry and exit with a keypad. The last bedroom also has an exit door to the large spacious backyard. The unit is also equipped with ceiling fans. All doors and windows open to ventilate the space and enjoy a cool sea breeze. It a great place to rest and lay your head after exploring the city, sightseeing and or business meetings. You can also Host brunch outdoors or have safe socially distant event. Long Beach is a great city with lots of hidden gems, great restaurants and an endless number of activities. Long Beach is also centrally located to a number of major cities.

Yes, I would book again.

I rented this space for a birthday party and it was perfect! I had about 35 guests and used my own vendors for catering, bartender, furniture and A/V. Francisca was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. Overall we had a great time and if I needed a similar space I'd absolutely rent again!
