All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Charming and Sophisticated in the hills of Tarzana. Brick walkways and a serene setting welcome you to this lovely spacious home with four bedrooms and three baths. Three bedrooms including the en-suite master are located upstairs. The fourth is located on the ground level. A formal living room with fireplace overlooks the lushly landscaped outdoors with custom patio, built in BBQ, swimmer's pool and separate spa with a flowing rock waterfall. Outside also features an enclosed sports court with basketball and tennis. A warm and spacious family room is complimented with pool table, a fireplace with wood mantel and marble hearth, crown moldings and baseboards, wet bar, wood flooring and French doors opening to the rear patio area.

This is a non smoking house! Also, no pets sorry. No overnight stays. Host will be on site at all times in his office. 20 people max on site at one time.

Yes, I would book again.
Great house in a nice neighborhood that is easily accessible from the 101. The pool was sparkling clean and there was a lot of room to set up and work. Combination of pool, landscaping, architecture, and basketball/tennis courts gives a very SoCal suburban vibe that worked perfectly for our shoot. The host, Nick, was also very helpful and welcoming.
