Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Cleanings are performed within CDC guidelines. All cloth and fabric within the dwelling are treated with antimicrobial disinfectant. Additional sprays and cleaning products are left on site for your convenience.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
A fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment home. Perfect for shooting content, photography, or any of your other event needs. Our cozy 1 bedroom House with 1 bath is perfect for families wishing to stay near Los Angeles destinations. Half a block away from Target/Starbucks. Only 5 miles from LAX Los Angeles airport! Three blocks to the 405 and 105 freeways, we are a 4 mile drive to Manhattan Beach and El Segundo, 14 miles to Hollywood, and 30 miles to Disneyland.

There are 11 outlets and multiple extension cords and power strips to available on site. There are 4 outlet in the living room, 4 in the kitchen/ dining room area, 2 outlets in the bedroom and 1 outlet in the bathroom.

Furniture should not be removed from the building but may be moved within the space. Pictures may be taken down but should be replaced to original staging before leaving.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
