  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautifully curated and original South LA home with great natural lighting and outdoor area perfect for photoshoots, small business meetings, ghost kitchen, strategy sessions, co-working, or entertaining for brunch parties or small gatherings. The space has been lovingly and thoughtfully updated to maintain its historic charm with modern function and rustic comfort. Kitchen equipped with a kettle, blender, water filter, stove, double sink, pots and pans, and utensils, etc. Fast internet, 55 inch TV can be used for presentations, portable Bluetooth speaker, white board. Two rooms with full size bed and twin bed, super comfortable and cozy. Full bathroom. Tucked away just south of DTLA is this historic LA home built in 1912 blends classic craftsmanship with modern comfort and function in a CENTRAL location. Walking distance to public transport with markets, shops and more just around the corner. Outside you can enjoy the fruit trees and lounge under the patio, while you enjoy the outdoor heaters and garden. Propane BBQ grill available for your use as well. The space is decorated with original artwork and items from the owner's travels around the world- mainly from the Mid-East, Europe, Central America, and Caribbean. A beautiful mix of global inspiration and luxury; with a classic LA vibe.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
