COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This studio is perfect for headshots (models, actors and execs), as well as full-length. It is also the perfect studio for table-top product photography. The location is prime central between Koreatown and Larchmont right in the geographic center of Los Anglees. FOOD is everywhere in this area and there's something for everyone whether walking distance or a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Very amazing space,, Andrew is a total professional, and made us feel very comfortable in his beautiful place. He has a nice setup that was very complimentary to our filming shoot, on top of that he understands the industry which makes the process that much easier. Andrew is a great guy, i recommend him to anybody who wants to shoot good quality scenes.

Yes, I would book again.

This was a fun place to shoot. I would highly recommend this place for photoshoots or headshots. Andrew was very accommodating as well. I would definitely book again.

Andrew was extremely accommodating and responsive. His studio was beyond. Perfect for our small Brunch event. I came out beautiful.
