Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have been Covid-19 Certified by Safe Sets, and follow a rigorous process when cleaning and disinfecting our space for guests. Our focus is keeping our staff and guests safe when the space is being utilized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

About the Space
This space is HUGE! Originally known as the Padua Hills Theatre built in the 1920's and operated from 1931- 1974, this space has old charm in the details and would be great for any timepiece. Equipped with a dance floor, tables, chairs, large wall mirrors, chandeliers, sconces, floor-to-ceiling curtains, this space is a must-see for any production. The space comes as natural vintage amber-lit, or can be transformed into ANY color your heart desires.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
No windows in the Banquet Room. Light is fully controlled by lighting system and will be set for Vintage Amber. If you would like to change the light multiple times, you will need to add on our hired lighting technician for $175/day.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Space is originally built in the 1920's, so there is no soundproofing, however, there are no neighbors, and space has no loud noises (ie. trains, planes, street noise) that you can hear from inside the building.

General Rules
This space is currently only being used for production purposes with controlled crew. No large event requests. 6 hr minimum. No exceptions. This listing is limited to Banquet Room and Restrooms only. Please speak with site rep directly about adding locations or renting entire private venue. Available 7 days a week. (Day/Night)

Production insurance is required
General Liability $1 million per occurrence/ $2 million aggregate.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can me moved, or chairs and tables, can be requested to not be added onto floor. So long that everything is returned to the condition it was when production arrived.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
