All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My place is perfect as: 1) VENUE for SOCIAL EVENTS (baby showers, birthdays, graduations, baptism, etc) 2) Working Meetings and conferences 3) Workshops (cooking, dancing, etc) 4) Film Location The Unit is VERY BIG. It has 2 FLOORS and you can EASILY FITS 50 people FIRTS FLOOR has a reception you can use as COVID STATION (if needed and requested) Big OPEN KITCHEN, LAUNDRY ROOM, GIANT LIVING ROOM with hard wood floors. LONG BALCONY with resting lounge BIG OPEN ceiling and Lots of Light BATHROOM SECOND FLOOR BIG OPEN DECK with tv monitor and sofabed Small Fridge ENORMOUS ROOF TOP with SPECTACULAR VIEW and patio chairs/ hamec

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Luly was super responsive and helpful! Her location is gorgeous and very clean. She takes great care of it and is motivated to give you a great experience. The views are amazing on the 2nd floor patio. I highly recommend booking with Luly for a smooth and pleasant experience!

Great space!! The owner was very accommodating. Lots of natural light. The rooftop was wonderful, lots of different places to film.
