All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wonderful fairy tale house with pool, very calm neighborhood,8 minutes to Ventura Boulevard ,10 minutes to Hollywood and The Studios, 20 minutes to Beverly Hills, Come and enjoy the luxury and warm sophistication of this great house decorated in a comfortable but classy way, nice pool area for tanning ,barbecue area for long summer nights, nice private backyard and very secure neighborhood.Master Bedroom suite is new and comfortable ,perfect to make you feel at home. This home is also available for private events ,parties ,birthdays, weddings, photoshoots and even filming.There is no noise restriction because of its location.Price will be upon request and will depend on conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
