Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Everything in the space is disinfected immediately after a rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space
This space is best utilized for for photoshoots the best place for shoot set up is the living space which has all optional furniture and decor, the entire apartment has white walls and hardwood floors. Directly below the 3rd story balcony there is a tranquil pond and bridge area.

We have a one car garage, and one parking pass available, and there is visitors parking about a three minute walk from the building for larger groups.

General Rules
•We ask that you remove your shoes upon entry to the apartment. Models are allowed to keep shoes on for shoot purposes. This is a flexible rule that can be discussed with the host.
•Groups no larger than 6 people.
•Smoke on the balcony.
•TREAT THE SPACE LIKE YOUR FRIEND’S BOUGIE GRANDMOTHER’S HOUSE.
•If any problems occur in the space alert the hosts IMMEDIATELY.
•If there is paint; confetti; ext involved in your activities we ask that you put down a tarp (we can provide some if needed)
•Enjoy your time in the space and if you need anything contact the hosts, we are more than happy to help you out!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
