Flexible Video, Audio and Performance Space

TWO PRIMARY SHOOTING ENVIRONMENTS: (1) Our space offers the hard-to-find ‘infinity black’ shooting environment with controlled lighting, thanks to black carpet, black ceilings, and black walls. (2) Performance stage with an incredible array of stage lighting effects, moving heads, lasers and a 20’ wide high resolution LED screen as a backdrop. Perfect for: - Photoshoots - Videoshoots - Music Video Projects - Live Music Performance Video - Small film projects - Filmed interviews - Product shoots ___________________________________________________________________________ PRODUCTION / PERFORMANCE SPACE OVERVIEW: Our space was built as a production, showcase and meeting space for our own company use. Under normal circumstances, we record audio, host live performances, live-stream live performances, live-stream educational broadcasts, and host our own company meetings and team building events. Due to our own varied uses, our space has been designed to be extremely flexible. Thanks to some virus going around, we have less demand for it internally and have decided to offer it as a rentable space. The facility is a total of 8000 SF, with the primary production space taking about 3000 SF of that overall capacity. Please read the info below carefully, and feel free to reach out with specific questions. One of our team will respond promptly and give you any additional information or service quotes required. PHOTOGRAPHY: Our space is not a dedicated photo studio, but we do have available backdrops, and lighting options. For our purposes, we set up the photo set at the back of the room when still shots or portraits are needed in conjunction with video production. VIDEO PRODUCTION: The space was designed primarily to shoot live music performances, and is a natural fit for any performance or speaking production. It is limited, however, by your own creativity and has been used with great success for instructional videos, product promotion pieces, and other various capacities. As you'll see in the photos, we designed the non-stage area with purpose, and it can be used as a black-box theatre type look for video production when all seating is removed. The open space is 36' x 36', with 17' ceilings. The stage can be open to that area, or curtained off leaving a blank-slate room for lots of creative options. Involvement of our staff, or rental of applicable gear, would be on a case-by-case basis and would have to be quoted separately. INCLUDED: The quoted rate is for the production space only, with or without staging, and a palette of user-switchable house lighting scenes for various scenarios. -The 36' x 50' theater room only -Basic use of sound system for music playback and up-to 4 wireless microphones included -Basic use of house lighting system and video screen -Tech - we will have a tech on site for initial setup, dialing in a few lighting scenes and showing you how to switch them, and getting audio turned on for you. The tech will remain on property for troubleshooting or issues, but is not working for you full-time during the session (see options if this is needed). -Access to kitchenette for coffee, and bathrooms NOT INCLUDED IN BASE RATE: If your rental requires live audio or lighting engineers, that would be priced separately. In some cases, based on our comfort level, use of house audio and/or lighting may be allowed if you have experienced and competent engineers. -Full-time dedicated lighting engineer -Full-time dedicated sound engineer -Full-time tech/help of any kind (at base rate, you're renting the room only) -Use of full audio system (requires engineer add-on to unlock use of multi track recording and all 48 audio channels). -Use of backline, drums, keyboards, guitars, etc. (can be added by custom quote) -Use of any other spaces (conference room, drop-in offices, etc). These can also be added optionally. -Any non-installed lighting or camera gear (see optional add-ons) ACCESS: Easy load in via (2) dock height doors at rear of performance area.
