Under normal circumstances, we record audio, host live performances, live-stream live performances, live-stream educational broadcasts, and host our own company meetings and team building events. Due to our own varied uses, our space has been designed to be extremely flexible. Thanks to some virus going around, we have less demand for it internally and have decided to offer it as a rentable space. The facility is a total of 8000 SF, with the primary production space taking about 3000 SF of that overall capacity. Please read the info below carefully, and feel free to reach out with specific questions. One of our team will respond promptly and give you any additional information or service quotes required. PRODUCTION / PERFORMANCE SPACE OVERVIEW: The main room is blacked out with custom curtains and black floor/ceiling treatment. It is acoustically treated and features a 24'x12' stage, with ample expansion/customization options. The space is outfitted with live sound, multi-track recording and multi-camera live stream capabilities. The stage backdrop is a 20' wide LED screen. Installed stage lighting is on the ridiculous side, creating nearly endless visual options. For our productions (and as you'll see in photos), the open room space is used for video and photo production as much as the stage, which can be curtained off leaving a 'black box' vibe for non-stage oriented production. AS A MEETING OR PERFORMANCE SPACE: From a seating and parking perspective, we can accommodate up to 85 'audience' members with our chair set, or +/- 50 people at cocktail tables. We have all tables, chairs, and stools on site in the warehouse for the various setup options. With proper social distancing guidelines in place, we'd recommend limiting to 50% of those numbers. There is ample sound equipment for anything from a single presenter, to a large band. We can also provide sound and lighting techs, multiple in-ear mixes, recording capability and more, depending on your project needs. We also have extensive backline options for live music purposes. PHOTOGRAPHY: Our space is not a dedicated photo studio, but we do have available backdrops, and lighting options. For our purposes, we set up the photo set at the back of the room when still shots or portraits are needed in conjunction with video production. VIDEO PRODUCTION: The space was designed primarily to shoot live music performances, and is most naturally suited for this purpose. It is limited, however, by your own creativity and has been used with great success for instructional videos, product promotion pieces, and other various capacities. As you'll see in the photos, we designed the non-stage area with purpose, and it can be used as a black-box theatre type look for video production when all seating is removed. The open space is 36' x 36', with 17' ceilings. The stage can be open to that area, or curtained off leaving a blank-slate room for lots of creative options. OFFICE AND CONFERENCE ROOM OPTIONS: We have both drop-in offices and a conference room available as add-ons, if needed (see photos). We also have (2) kitchen areas and (4) restrooms. OTHER AVAILABLE OPTIONS: On an as-needed basis, and priced separately, we have a full audio and video production staff, large array of high end video and stills cameras/lenses, studio lighting equipment, musical instruments, and more. Involvement of our staff, or rental of applicable gear, would be on a case-by-case basis and would have to be quoted separately. IMPORTANT NOTES: The quoted rate is for the production space only, with or without staging, and a palette of user-switchable house lighting scenes for various scenarios. If your rental requires live audio or lighting engineers, that would be priced separately. In some cases, based on our comfort level, use of house audio and/or lighting may be allowed if you have experienced and competent engineers.
