Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Beautiful open, airy Art Gallery in Bolingbrook, IL. Space has 25ft ceilings and spacious layout, which can easily be used for events, meetings, ceremonies and family gatherings. The space can come open without furniture or furnished, with or without art (for photo/art exhibits). Conveniently located on Boughton Rd, and is Bolingbrook's first art gallery!

Lighting description
Floor to ceiling glass pane windows with reflective tint to allow for viewing out of the window but others unable to view inside.
The back section of the gallery is mostly blocked off from the front pane windows so that area has recessed lighting that can be controlled.
The gallery is southwest facing so is brightest toward sunset.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is soundproofed to outside noise. It is located on a busy street but street noise is not heard. Very quiet space

Equipment can be loaded through the front door or the back door, both which are located on the first floor with no stairs.

There are 10 outlets located throughout the gallery space. The circuit breaker is located at the back of the gallery

General Rules

* To bring your own alcohol, our barista must serve it and monitor
* Half of deposit due upon signing contract
* Contract can be canceled up to 48 hours after signing for a full deposit refund.
* No deposit refunds after 48 hours of contract signing.
* Final half due 3 days prior to the event

Production insurance is not required

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
