About 15-18 cars fit in the paved lot with another 15 on the adjacent grassy lot. There's also abundant street parking available on both the residential and commercial streets.

We expect that all renters observe our guidelines of safety, energy efficiency and cleanliness in use of the space. Lights and heaters, fans or air conditioners must be turned off (and heaters completely unplugged) when rooms are not in use, and in the winter the thermostat should be returned to 60 degrees when the building is empty. Our sprung wood floor is quite delicate and so we also require that everyone be vigilant in placing rather than dragging objects across it, removing outdoor shoes, and wiping up any spills promptly. Open flames, candle wax, and unattended basins of water are NOT permitted. We request that the studio be returned, following each use, to the state in which it was found, with chairs placed back upon the risers as they were originally stacked, and tables replaced against the walls as found. Food waste must be placed in closed garbage cans and recyclables must be thoroughly cleaned and placed in the properly marked containers. All counters, floors, and tables must be cleaned promptly and thoroughly of debris. Smoking is NOT permitted inside or within 30 feet of the building.
