About the Space
All kinds of shoot,meetings,beach activities and small gatherings for dinner parties or luncheons. A very large deck with bar.Big kitchen area overlooking the Pacific Ocean with 1 bedroom1 bathroom. Was a makeover house on “Stay Here! Great sunsets & sunrises!There is a ping pong table downstairs. House comes with 2 Sonos speakers.

The venue is perfect. Hard to believe, but even better in person than the photos described. There were literally dolphins frolicking in the water during our event. Sharone was a dream to work with. Super responsive, and accommodating to our specific needs. What a wonderful space, and a wonderful host. If you’re looking for beachfront property, look no further.

She was very easy to talk and responded quickly when we messaged. Plenty of parking along the street as well because it's close to a public beach. If you're on the fence, just book it!

Amazing space! Beautiful beach access and deck combo. We hosted a day party here for our BIPOC professional group on a weekend. Also the street parking is surprisingly ample given the location. Sharone also was nice enough to block off the front for the house so 4-5 cars can have reservation parking.
