  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Newly renovated NoHo single family suburban home with a spacious backyard patio, sparkling pool and a stylishly decorated pool house (studio apartment) with kitchenette and a full bath. Appropriate for film and photo shoots. Will consider other events on a one-by-one basis as well. Easy to load in any rentals or equipment through our back gated driveway. My husband and I work in Experiential Marketing / Event Production. We understand the requirements of productions, and are happy to help make your reservation a success however we can! My husband is also a Covid Compliance Officer should you need one for your production. Due to current health concerns we are not offering our main house for use at this time. The home is located on the border of North Hollywood and Sun Valley. Convenient to get to, right between the 170 and I-5. Only 10 mins from Burbank, 15-20 mins from Hollywood, 20 mins from Downtown (without traffic of course). Thanks for considering our property!

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
