Beautiful event space for meetings, small social gatherings, photo shoots, or studio space. The venue comes completely draped in white with built-in AV features including three 70" LED TV Screens, sound system for streaming music, and custom colored uplighting lighting included in your rental. As the showroom to our decor, rental, and production company, we can also provide items like designer tables and chairs, floral and decor, furniture and draping, balloon garlands and backdrops, and more, all with the convenience of a one-stop shop. Please note many of the items shown in the photos are available for slight additional costs, but we do include basic banquet tables with your rental (you can rent linens from us or bring your own). Our space features an entrance way with LED TV, beautiful light gray wooden floors, crystal chandeliers, and a beautiful marble bathroom. The main event space is wide open and you also have access to a separate meeting or changing room and a kitchenette. Safety is also a priority, with use of our thermal temperate and mask scanner, hand sanitizing dispensers, and acrylic sneeze guards, as needed. Custom event branding and theming can also be added to take the space to the next level.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Pros: The place was beautiful! It had everything the listing said it would have. We could connect the music to Bluetooth, the lighting was great, and the tables and chairs were good. The assistant Gabe was also super helpful! The space was perfect for the event I had. Cons: Response time from the host could be better.. a lot better! It was very hard getting in contact with him at times. I would have to email and text just to get a response, which was frustrating at times. The host also insisted that the trucks outside of the event space where the guest parked would be moved by the time my event took place, but that did not happen. That was very disappointing since my guests didn’t have a lot of space to park. Overall the place is great for events, communication with the host could be better.

Place was beautiful like previous reviews have stated. I would rate that 8.5/10. Communication on the other hand was 4/10. I would go days with no response from Brian and even had to send follow up messages. Brian did not respond to my messages the day of my proposal. I would ask several questions in messages and wouldn’t get all of them answered. Please keep receipts of prices you are quoted. I wish there was a list of items and could rent along with prices next to them. I was given one price for the backdrop and later received another price that was higher than the initial one given. He also gave a quick deadline for when I had to send money for rentals and slideshow to him. He gave a few hours the day before my proposal. In addition, venue was hot, but later on got cooler. Overall I wouldn’t book again.

The venue was beautiful, it definitely met my vision and was a hit with my guests. However, we had a lot of disappointments. For one, the AC in the venue is LIMITED. Keep that in mind when you book because it is practically non existent. Our guests hadn’t arrived yet and I was already sweating. I don’t know what we would have done if Gabe (the onsite staff member) wasn’t there. He brought out a huge industrial fan. It was noisy, but I would have cried if we didn’t have it. It was really that warm. We felt bad for having Gabe run around like a chicken trying to meet our needs. When we got there, the slideshow we had sent for the TVs were not on the screen, the uplighting wasn’t set up, and there was a large, funny-shaped acrylic table in the front near the entrance that we didn’t agree to be there, so Gabe went out of his way to correct our issues and help us. We were very disappointed with the communication prior to our event. We had to follow up on several emails because we didn’t get responses (this was just a few days before our event) and also the price quote for some of the items we ordered kept changing, which seemed sketchy.. If you’re willing to work really hard to get your event set up the way you want it to, then book this space. Otherwise, find something else that meets your vision that is less stressful. Giving it 4 stars for how nice the space is.

The host responded in a decent time frame, and was also very considerate. The place is gorgeous we also rented some decor, and asked for an exact match of one of the photos and it was great! I am hoping to book again for a gender reveal.
