Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned in between bookings, and bookings are spaced out for at least 48 hours in between to allow for airing out. We disinfectant and bleach all high touch surfaces, bathrooms and bedrooms. Cleaners wear gloves and masks when cleaning with all windows opened.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Modern Spanish home in a quiet nook of the Alhambra Hills. Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Los Angeles with a view of the city. Built in the 1930s, but fully remodeled in 2020 with contemporary features. White grand piano from the 1920s. Original fireplace. Original Spanish arches and bay windows. Clean white walls for any background. Large deck/courtyard feature with outdoor space for corporate events.

Parking description

2-3 cars can fit in the front driveway. There's unlimited free street parking in the front of the home.

General Rules

No adult filming. No smoking. No pets. No drugs. No loud noises after 10pm. Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed. No nails or paint on walls and/or changing fixtures in home. Laundry room, basement and garage are not for use. Entry way cameras are on and live - unless requested to be turned off. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

There are security cameras inside and outside of the home. You can request for inside cameras to be turned off.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
