About the Space
This cozy little film studio packs a punch when it comes to being creative and making good use of what's available. This 500 sq foot space can be used as a podcasting space, editing suite, gaming space, photography studio, rehearsal space, table reading space, etc. the sky is the limit! Additionally, there is plenty of film and photography available to use as well. This includes C-Stands, lights, backdrops, etc. just let me know what you need before the rental and I will make sure that it is easily available for your stay. There is extremely fast wifi, a mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of little nooks to make it a cozy stay.

Parking description
You can park in the spot marked "Cinexa." If there is a car in the spot or you would prefer, there is also lots of free street parking on the residential street perpendicular to the studio. Additionally, there is metered parking directly in front of the complex that is free after 6pm any day or all day Sunday.

Lighting description
The windows face Northwest and Southeast, so there is pretty consistent lighting during the day. The interior lights are whitebalance 4600k with a 15 tint towards green.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Really quiet space. It faces two streets, one of them is a public street but has minimal noise. Neighbors are quiet, and after 5pm there is nobody here.

Equipment loading description
The studio is on the ground floor, so there is no need to use stairs or an elevator. My spot in the back, marked "Cinexa" is right by the door. There is a dolly inside my studio and a red cart that you can use to load in any necessary production equipment.

Electrical system description
There are 6 accessible outlets, 20 amps each. I've run plenty of electricity through this space before with no issues. The circuit breaker is behind the KING KONG poster, so if you need to access it, just take the poster down.

No smoking inside the building, and you must be more than 10 feet away outside the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
Alcohol is okay.
Please keep noise to a minimum during 9am-5pm bookings, but after that it's free game!

Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can move the furniture, just please move back to original spot after the shoot. You can remove furniture to the courtyard if you like, but please move back in and put back after the shoot. Only the King Kong poster can be moved to access the circuit breaker.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We make sure that we clean and disinfect all areas that are used by our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
