About the Space
Our space currently operates 24/7 as a boutique hostel and bar/cafe. We are open to the public every day until 11pm. Note that if you rent this space, you will be amidst (currently slow) hostel operations. The ground floor is 5,000 square feet of a tastefully converted warehouse. There are handicapped accessible public restrooms on the ground floor. The lounge area is behind the bar and adjacent to the reception desk. This area may tap into the sound system as well and there is a ceiling mounted projector that can project films or TV on the back wall. The area has four distinct seating groups featuring comfortable couches, arm chairs, and coffee tables. This space is great for meetings and film screenings. This could also be a private area for your party, with easy access to our bar space.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Can’t complain. Very nice space, looks exactly like the pictures. Except there’s no pictures on the wall in the lounge. Also there’s people that live/stay in the building, that could potentially end up in the background of your shots, depending on which spots you rent out. But I didn’t have to worry about that because of the way I was shooting. Just something to consider. Overall I got everything accomplished, so there’s nothing bad to say.
