No overnight stays! A certificate of insurance is required for bookings with ten or more attendees, and for bookings with any number of attendees if alcohol will be consumed. One-time event insurance can be easily obtained through The Event Helper using a customized link that will be provided. Hosts must be listed as additional insured. Guest must ensure all attendees are aware of these rules: * No smoking on the property, inside or outside * No glass by the pool * Guest must provide all drinkware, servingware, and utensils * Items in kitchen cabinets and drawers are off-limits to guests * No DJs (attendees can play music on provided speakers inside and outside) * Furniture and decorations can be moved * No tinsel, confetti, confetti balloons, glitter or sparkly debris * No smoke machines allowed * No oils, bronzer, or body makeup on furniture; please use a towel * Bedrooms are not available for guests. When booking, ensure you give yourself enough time for unloading, set up, and clean up. Your reservation window is your entire time in the house; there is not an additional window for clean up beyond your reservation end time. Overtime that extends beyond 9:00 PM will be charged at 1.5x the booking rate. Please leave the house in the state you found it.
