- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Pool with fantastic views! Home has 1800 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck/patio space with a gas fire pit and outdoor speakers. The pool faces west with spectacular sunset views. 3 levels of decks/patio with dining tables and chairs for 12 and lounge seating for 14. HUGE kitchen with double islands and bar space. Breakfast table seats 4. Art Deco Dining room seats 8. Light-filled open concept living area with fireplace. Outdoor Solar screens can be removed from the kitchen and living room to allow more light. An additional fee may apply for removal. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. Just trying to determine how to best prepare the house for you. Let me know if you have any special requests (e.g. you want to bring an animal). The owner may be on-premises during the shoot/event but will be out of the way and respect your privacy. Please note that I do not book more than 3 months out due to uncertainties in my schedule.

Overall, the space was perfect for our rehearsal dinner event and Katy was a responsive and helpful host. A few of our guests have dog allergies and so seeing the dogs in the space when we arrived and finding a lot of dog hair on the floor in the kitchen, dining, and living areas was not what we expected. Katy did mention she had dogs but assured us the floor would be clean. There were also fingerprint marks on doorframes to the bathroom downstairs and the door to the back deck. Katy was very accommodating to the size of our group which increased after booking the space. She communicated kindly and efficiently and made it easy to plan our event. I would book her space again!

Mike and Katy were amazing hosts. The house itself, the pool, and the view are much better in person then the pictures. The pictures are gorgeous but just imagine how much nicer it is in person. Everyone was so happy and enjoyed themselves. I would have just wanted the music a little louder but outside of that, it was perfect!
