About the Space
This absolutely gorgeous brick brownstone lounge will elevate any production. It's beautiful exterior, high ceilings and exquisite New Orleans style balcony is reminiscent of any hip neighborhood. It will take filming to a whole new level. The perfect location for that great pilot or major motion picture lounge scene. A great Brooklyn location and great neighborhood views from the front balcony. The back room is amazing and with the right camera angles you can appear to be in any cool speakeasy. This is really Brooklyn cool The space is exceptional and has great access points to load all types of production equipment.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The location is cleaned and sanitized daily. We keep supplies on site to ensure cleaning takes place all through the day
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
