About the Space
Located in Arlington, VA, right outside of Washington D.C. our podcast studio features state-of-the-art recording equipment, soundproofing, and professional but stylish studio space. **PLEASE NOTE** We are a department within a full-time organization. Studio space is rented out on the side while not in use. Our company's needs and mission come first, so please book at least 48 hours in advance. **PLEASE NOTE** Please include set-up and break-down time in your booking. It is not automatically included. **PLEASE NOTE** Special Access is required for entry into the building, so staff will include details of entry before your booking. Features - Recording capabilities for 1-4 people. - Rodecaster podcast mixing board - Four Shure microphones - Four Sony WH-1000mx3 headphones - Internet access - DAW recording capabilities - Remote call-in/recording - Apple TV with LED backlights - RAW audio will be delivered at the completion of the rental. There is a men's and women's bathroom around the corner. A studio manager will be on-site for help with equipment and any questions. Directly next to Clarendon Red Line metro stop. There are ample restaurants in the area and coffee can be served during recording. Free tours of the space available. *This space is located in the Leadership Insitute*

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
