COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our Stage managers will focus on sanitizing high touch areas throughout your booking period, including restrooms, greenrooms, kitchen area, and Production supplies.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
We are offering a Custom Built Kitchen / Coffee Bar Set. The set is located within our Production Studio. It can be moved to any part of the stage. Back bar and Front bar have LED lights installed so the Plexiglas glass lights up. The set is perfect for any shoot! Greenrooms, production office space, and parking are available.

General Rules
*Coffee Bar/ Kitchen Shelves that are drilled into the Brick Wall Cannot come down
*Plant holders in the Brick Wall Cannot come down.
*Both back bar and font bar can be moved
*Shelving units along the corner of the set can be moved
*Coffee & Tea Bar sign can be removed and replaced with a sign of your choice.
*Smoking is allowed inside
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
1 Million Dollar Limited Liability Insurance policy.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Can move anything you want, just please place it back.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
