This property is a must-see!! L.A.Y.D. Spaces (which is an acronym for Live All Your Dreams) is a unique industrial space located in uptown, Dallas. The venue is 2200 square feet. It is located on the second floor. It has exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gorgeous wide-open floor plan for creating the perfect experience. This is a very unique industrial loft in uptown with a large front area for events, special dinners, upscale birthday parties, intimate gatherings, gender reveals, brand launches, pop-up shops, and more. The venue includes a floor to ceiling windows, plenty of natural lighting, and plants throughout the space. There is a huge kitchen that can be used for catering. The venue was recently renovated and there are two restrooms with walk-in showers in each. The venue also has a private rooftop (for an additional price) with built-in seating that can comfortably seat 30 plus people. You can bring in outside catering, alcohol, and a DJ or use one of our in-house vendors (Chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator, DJ, Bartender, servers, and more). The rate is all inclusive or based on the type of package you choose you can also rent cocktail tables ($10), 6-foot tables ($15), and chairs ($2) for an additional charge. If you have a max budget or special request, please reach out and let me know personally and I will do my best to work with you. There is also a lot of well-lit parking right behind the building. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and earn your business. **We offer in-person tours weekly: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 pm and Saturdays based on availability. If you need to come in outside of these times please message me with your special request.** Once you message me I will send you a link to the tour. **Please read the entire description as well as rate changes for nights and weekends which is listed below ** Day time is $100 for photographers and groups up to 5 people without a cleaning fee and up to 10 individuals with a cleaning fee. If you have a special rate request or max budget please let us know as we do offer discounts for longer events or on a case by case basis. ***RATES: *** Weekday rate: $100 (meetings, gatherings, small events, productions, photoshoots, etc) Nights and weekends: $250 (inclusive of tables (both 6-feet and cocktail) / chairs, linens, speaker, karaoke machine, projector (all available at no additional charge if needed). If you have a budget that you are trying to stay within please also reach out and let's discuss further. *** PLEASE NOTE: The couch, TV or stand is NO LONGER in the main area. I do events weekly so it has been removed for convenience of movement and flow. If it's an absolute MUST to utilize them, please request them prior to booking.**** Prefer a 4-hour minimum booking on weekends. Additional items for rent: (when not part of all-inclusive rate) -projector can be rented for $25 -Karaoke machine with 2 microphones can be rented for $25 -Outside food/ catering is allowed -Alcohol is allowed -A DJ is allowed -Cocktail tables ($10 per), long tables ($15 per), table cloths (included in table rental), and chairs ($2 per) available for rent. -Tours available daily (Please send a message with the preferred date, time, and best contact number) -Additional pictures and a virtual video tour is available upon request. **Please note: When booking please include adequate time for set up and clean up after your event is over. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I am so glad i was able to jump into L.A.Y.D spaces with such a last minute notice. Due to covid the original venue I had planned for my fathers 70th birthday dinner was closed for business. I had no time to redo all the planning work my siblings and I had worked over the last several months. Layllen literally took our ideas and plans from bottom to top to recreate in her own venue. All the stress, phone calls, logistics, etc was a thing in the past. My parents were both happy at the fact we were able to create an intimate environment for us to celebrate the blessing of life for my father. Without doubt I would recommend this venue for anyone looking for any event - especially if you want someone to handle all the planning and logistics. I have planned several events yet never seen anything go as smooth, professional, and flawless as this one. I can’t wait till my next birthday cause this is where its poppin.

Juka was fantastic! If you are looking for a place to shoot look no further because the space and host were incredible. My model was very happy to use the large space that had great lighting and separate rooms to shoot. I will be booking again here and telling all my creative friends. I had the pleasure of working personally with Owner Layllen and the rest of her amazing team from L.A.Y.D. Spaces today. Layllen was very professional and was always available to handle any of my questions and concerns. I had a last minute event which was super challenging to execute. Pictures do not do this location justice. It is in a prime location in Uptown, Dallas. Parking was very convenient. Gaining access to the location was easy. The host was very friendly and was patient in answering all of my questions. The location is well lit and very spacious. The rooftop has great views of the city. L.A.Y.D. Spaces is a must-see and really good value for the price.
