COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We disinfecting sprays and wipes on all surfaces between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks

About the Space
This beautifully renovated, 1905 Craftsman-style Bungalow is clean, fresh, and filled with historic charm. There are 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and large dining room filled with natural light. The kitchen is furnished with everything needed for small private gatherings. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with photoshoots in mind. The house is centrally located and convenient to all of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver. We'd love to host your next production project!

Space has natural light

Lighting description
There are large south-facing windows in the dining room that allow for a lot of natural light. Almost all the windows have blackout curtains and/or blinds. The brightest time of day in this space is during the winter months is 10 am-2 pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is located on a busty street. You can at times here cars honking or sirens. The neighbor's dog sometimes barks.

Equipment loading description
There are a few stairs to access the space in the front and the back. There is a parking space in the back that can be used to load and unload.
Staging area is available
There are two bedrooms and a back area of the house with a large mirror.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
There are two other units in the house the upstairs studio and a basement studio that are not included in this rental.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is in the closet across from the bathroom.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

All the art in the living room can be moved. The art in the foyer is my personal work and can not come off the wall due to the way it was constructed. You have my permission to use it if needed.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
