About the Space

At our studio, we bring you a space tailored for professional and refined photo + video shoots. It is an elegant studio space, layered with thoughtful architectural details and design features to enhance any visual shoot. It’s a fully equipped photo studio about a block away from the Flatiron building. We are excited to make it available for photographers & artists who need a photo studio and production space in NYC. Book it for your next editorial shoot, headshots or large-scale fashion campaign or e-commerce shoot. INCLUDED EQUIPMENT: - 6x sandbags - 1x white seamless backdrop (other color backdrops are available at $75/backdrop) - 6x Profoto lights (2x B1 wireless, 4x D1 wired) - Umbrellas - 2x striplights & speedrings - 1x Beautydish - 7x C-stands (and 5x arms) - Reflectors - 4x apple boxes In addition to access to the physical space, you’ll have access to a range of photo equipment including cameras, technical lighting, digital / tethered capture and post-production capabilities including server space on a 10GB network. Your team and your clients will be comfortable in a space with a full kitchen, lounge spaces and a concierge-staffed building. Our studio is available for short term daily rentals, multi-day needs, and longer-term campaign shoots. The price is reflective a full day rental of 8 hours. The front of the studio is available to rent upon request.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

This is a wonderful space. Very accommodating, great service and management. The host was always prompt with responding. I highly recommend it - it's well-equipped and spacious. My clients enjoy the positive atmosphere. It also offers great space for styling and prepping. My go to spot for all photo shoots.

This space had everything that we needed for the shoot and the host, Madison, was amazing. We ended up renting the entire space and extending our rental on the day of and she helped make that process go smooth. Would definitely book again!
