Original Architectural Details add to the period quality ambiance of natural and painted decorative woodwork, high ceilings, and grand staircase with original Stained Glass throughout the 3 Full floors with Library/Reception Room with Terra Cotta Fireplace Mantle, Dining Room with Antique Wallpaper, Formal Living Room, and kitchen on First Level with Original Glazed Tile Cooking Hearth; 5 Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd Level; and 2 Bedrooms, Full Bath, Sitting Room, and Great Room on 3rd Level. All beautifully surrounded by A Formal Garden off of the Side Rocking Chair Porch, accessed through the Dining Room.

I had a very good experience with this space. Both Dean and Daniel were extremely responsive and flexible with my Photo Shoot. I had to reschedule a few days before my event and they were very understanding and more than gracious. The space itself is beautiful and every room is very nicely furnished and has a a good spot or two to shoot. There are enough props there to add interest to your image. The early morning sun is in the front of the house, the side of the house faces south and the back west, so you can move about the house following the natural light which is wonderful. I shot in a north window in the library with no direct sunlight in the middle of the afternoon and got wonderful results. There are a few areas where a fill light is handy but for the most part a reflector or V-Flat is more than sufficient. I recommend this space to any photographer who is looking for a unique and beautiful shooting venue.

Dean and Daniel were the absolute best hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were also very accommodating in terms of our COVID safety guidelines. The location is absolutely beautiful - it was charming, spacious and it worked perfectly for our shoot. I would definitely recommend working with Dean and Daniel and their location - couldn't ask for better hosts or a better home.

Dean’s historic home was incredible and everything I needed for the photoshoot. Beautiful indoor and outdoor location. They were extremely responsive to all requests and gave my crew and I space to execute the shoot as we needed. I recommend the space and hope to shoot there again some day.
