About the Space
Great creative space for both recording and producing. Acoustic paneling and high ceilings. There is a custom sound proof recording booth in the studio with a beautiful Nuemann Mic. and its own ventilation system and lighting options. There is a work desk with an iMac desktop installed with Protools and FL Studio producer edition along with an MPK mini for production. Apollo twin interface and Genelec speakers will have you sounding fire. There is seating and a full bathroom in the space as well. Also, a little patio for fresh air. S/N Starbucks is 440 ft and the liquor store is 600ft away. Also two dispensaries within walking distance.
