  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Let your creativity run wild and make this raw industrial loft your own. With natural light and use of Roku projector included, the space is ideal for photography + video. The open layout provides ample room for dance + fitness. The concrete floors make clean up a breeze, and you can even use my skateboard :) This is a great opportunity to utilize an awesome loft at an affordable rate. Since the space is raw, I can assist you with providing anything that you may need to complete your project (at an additional fee).

I took my model digitals in this space, the lighting and white walls were actually perfect. Also the rich, deep hue of the couch was a perfect prop for more photos.
