Phase 2 has now been completed for our upstairs photo/video space with natural lighting. This intimate setting is ideal not only for private/family portrait shoots, but also for content creators and styling creatives in the industries of wedding, fashion, e-commerce, and small commercial. The ceiling is 17ft high and the lower level walls have a fresh layer of white enamel paint, including (2) 12’W x 12’H shooting walls with a professional flat white finish, ideal for studio photography and videography. The upstairs area is 10ft high, renovated with new paint, draping, and ceiling tiles. A black wall is also included for contrast shoots. The unit also consists of a 150 sq ft foyer at the front entrance of the studio (not included in listed square footage), that renters are welcome to use for overflow storage/staging, depending on day of availability (inquire with host prior). At this time we are able to accommodate groups/teams between 1-8 people. One of the most unique features about this space is our fully adjustable hanging ceiling structure. This durable aluminum grid has been safely installed and suspended with 4 individually controlled electric hoists, allowing versatile raising/lowering capabilities (as managed by our on-site technician if added to rental). Creatives are encouraged to take advantage of the steel mesh within the grid to hang any variety of decor elements needed, as the hanging structure can comfortably withstand a combined central weight capacity of over 1200 pounds. Fns have also been installed on the grid not only for temperature cooling, but to help circulate air in the room as best as possible in conjunction with our air purifier. At this time, we are currently providing renters with courtesy access to our in house lighting kit for your mobile convenience (available upon request), however, photographers/videographers are more than welcome to bring your own preferred lighting rigs if you please. Another valuable amenity that is included in the space rental is our vanity make-up station, equipped with a large 43” x 32” Impressions Iconic Pro Vanity Mirror (with dimming capabilities) and accessory shelf. For additional amenities, please see below. Flooring options include a standard wood laminate finish or an upgraded polished marble surface upon request only. Rugs are also available for rent. We take extra precautions in our facility, cleaning every thing to make sure we are all safe! We clean and disinfect all tables and surfaces regularly. Safety is an utmost priority and we make sure to take it very seriously. We have sanitizer on-site for crew use and KN95 masks are available for purchase if your production requires it. We have fans and air purifiers to keep the air circulating and clean. We strive for safety, and if you do too please book with us!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
