COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has informational signage including:
  • COVID-19 guest guidelines print outs. Download guidelines
  • Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. Download checklist
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

About the Space

We are a Fort Lauderdale based creative studio space where we allow other creatives to use the space as if it were their own. WHITE CYC WALL (8:00AM - 7:00PM) Includes: * White Cyc Wall * 1 Seamless backdrop, Gray 9’-wide included - (Colors + $20 per) * 1 Alienbees B800. (Extras for rent) * 1 C-stand * 1 64” White PLM Umbrella With Diffusion Fabric * 2 V-Flats * Pocket Wizards * Includes Dressing / Makeup Station (Steamer & Garment Rack (Please bring your Hangers) Rental time begins and ends at the agreed, appointed time. This includes set-up and clean-up time. If use of the facility extends beyond agreed time, overtime fees will be enforced.
