Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
At Le Moon Coffee we care about your health and safety, we offer disposable masks and hand sanitizers, the space has space outdoors, has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance and we have installed 6-foot markers on floors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This is an ideal place for your brunch, meeting, party, baby shower, dinner, poetry reading, recitals, live music, gatherings, receptions, food tasting, reunion, celebration, private party, holiday party, coaching session, focus group, lecture and more. The layout of this venue is a small kitchen, different types of seating areas and a patio. If you pick this venue, we can provide you with black coffee and donuts.

There is a lot of parking space on N Wolcott Ave and on W Diversey Parkway where it is possible to accomodate around 20 or more cars.
General Rules
Your reservation MUST include set-up/decorating, breakdown and full departure of all guests (including you). The additional time requested will lengthen your event, hence, subject to additional charges. We highly recommend that you account for all the time you need to make your event pleasant and successful, in advance; future events may prevent you from lengthening your event time.
SITE DECORATION
We want to make every event special and a welcoming experience. Therefore, every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. We ask that only the staff rearrange and move any furnishings, including, but not limited to, artwork, lamps, antiques or seating;
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors; If glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is used onsite and not cleaned up a fee of $100 will be applied. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and wall; any damage will be charged after your event.
CONDUCT
There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 50 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. No combustible aerosoles, paint, gas or any combination combustible items or materials that may lead to starks or igniting any form of flames are allowed in the building. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated from client or his/her guests and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner always. Whenever there are underage individuals we prefer that they do not have in and out privileges, allow otherwise at your own risk. Conduct deemed disorderly is solely in the discretion of the host, again, such conduct shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases NO refund of the event costs shall be made.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
