COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have done our best to maintain our total cleaniness also added additional disinfectants and a more rigorous cleaning through covid to keep our guests as safe as possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

*Please note, farmyards is a secluded location with no highway noise. However this is NOT a sound proof space and we are not a sound stage. Any productions with special sound requirements have been filmed using this location, feel free to ask about the quietest days/times.

You may use our large front or back barn doors for easy load in/out. Please move all vehicles once done.

The outdoor complex is not included in the fee, if you would like the exterior space as well it is $150 additional per hour.

Electrical system description
*Please note, this raw space currently doesn't have any electricity. You can either rent a generator from us for 20 per hour extra if your equipment requires a power source. Secondly, this is NOT a sound proof space and we are not a sound stage however productions with special sound requirements have been filmed using this location, feel free to ask about the quietest days/times.
