About the Space
At 2,000 square feet this creative warehouse space is perfect for short to long term projects. A flexible warehouse with a vintage industrial look - vintage industrial elements and exposed brick, work gracefully as a backdrop. The space is great for all kinds of productions: photography, product photography, music videos, feature films, short films, podcasts, webisodes, indie films, student films, photoshoots, e-commerce, cooking shows, fitness videos, infomercials, commercials and much more. We also welcome set builds, large scale dance sequences, concert style music videos, prop set up. The warehouse is equipped with two LED lights wall setups and moveable photography walls in 7 unique colors. The windows are fitted with black out curtains switching from daylight to black out studio. The open layout of this warehouse allows multiple set builds and large production House power and other amenities are available on site. Step inside the Raw Stage and you will see for yourself why so many people love to work here. And last but not least, Garage Door access for easy load in and Out! Overtime same as hourly rate. Equipment rental and crew available (for additional charge) please tell us what you need and we can help make it happen! We have a photography lighting kit, Video lighting kit, LED’s, and one Black Magic 6k kit. We would love to have you in our space! Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
