The intimate studio was purpose built inside a multi-room facility located in Westlake Village, CA. The facility is home to Multi-Platinum & Grammy Award Winning Producers, Artists, Songwriters, Engineers, Mixers, and A-List Celebrities. We love our Indie artists and producers as well. Proximity glows with its cozy low lit, SoHo, speak easy vibe. The walls are finished swanky black textured fabric. Above you are vintage tin ceiling tiles along with built in acoustic clouds. There are custom light fixtures with dimmable Edison bulbs. The floors are natural concrete with vintage styled rugs. The studio is complete with its own mini bar and mini fridge. A perfect environment for producing artists, songwriting, recording overdubs, tracking vocals, in-studio live streaming, mixing, composing, podcasting, and content creation. Some clients also utilize Proximity to play mixes or film cues for potential artists, labels, publishers, directors, etc. Proximity features a comfortable full sized couch and oversized leather chair, as well as two additional Gibson bar stools and a Herman Miller office type producer’s chair. The studio has a very large separate private restroom and kitchen area with a Keurig Coffee Maker. Starbucks is across the street along with tons of various other coffee shops, restaurants, bar/grills, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, etc. within walking distance. Extremely conveniently located off the 101 / Hampshire Exit @ the Ferrari Dealership [101 Southbound]. Tons of free parking in the lot or wide street.
