  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Excellent Filming location with Mid Century Modern Bohemian Design living area with low profile credenza stacked with art, Eames sculpture, and 6 foot oil painting, and filled with amazing Light coming through the floor to 30 foot ceilings windows. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout includes a 2nd floor Loft Bedroom with work station, industrial desk, and vintage drafting lamp. There are lush bedding linens and towels throughout the loft and a fully stocked kitchen and in loft laundry. There is a nice size private porch and a choice of outdoor furniture for lounging next to an outdoor fireplace. With the storage spaces and furniture designed to fold away, the main floor opens into a Photo Film Studio with multiple backdrops, lighting equipment, and digital photo/filming camera, (Fuji GFX 50S), with the largest medium format digital sensor on the market and multiple lens choices. The loft is available as a Short Term Rental as an Event Rental, as a Photo or Filming Set Location, or as a Production Studio for Photo Film Shoots.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
