Recording studio space located in Burbank right next to Porto's! Maximum Guests is 8. Features: iMac computer 16gb equipped with latest Pro Tools software, Waves plug-ins platinum bundle, Antares Auto Tune EFX, a few UAD Plugins as well that came with Apollo. UAD Apollo Duo 8 Interface and latest 3rd gen Scarlett 2i2 to connect if you choose to bring your own laptop. Mackie Big Knob for studio control and talkback. Amazing sound quality with both Yamaha HS7 Speakers, HS8 Subwoofer and Harbinger PA speakers. Mounted LCD TV with built-in Roku TV connects to Mac as well. Soundproof and very spacious recording booth with brand new Bluebird Spark Studio Condenser Mic. Newly added grass wall backdrop! Perfect for photo booth style pictures. Free parking in lot right behind building and plenty of parking on Hollywood Way. Recording engineer is not included unless you add on recording engineer for $35/hr in addition. For music, audio recording, and content only. NO PROFESSIONAL FILMING OR VIDEO CAMERA EQUIPMENT PERMITTED. Studio is owned by producer/engineer with credits including top 5 R&B single on iTunes, YFN Lucci, 2KBaby, MTV, VH1, E! Network, Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s, Love and Hip Hop Hollywood, Ball In The Family, Audio Push, MyGuyMars, Willie Taylor and more.

Very late review, but this space is cozy and nice. The sound system was very impressive, and the host was actively communicative. I’d heard sound bleed through from next door and informed the host, and he assured me that it wouldn’t pick up on the recording but he would reach out to the neighbors anyways. Great experience!

The host was so cordial, he also helped me with step by step directions to the studio. He checked in to make sure that we were okay. The studio was clean, well lit and had just the right amount of space and ambiance. I will definitely be booking here again!
