Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make sure that all surfaces are cleaned between each booking, and that complimentary personal protective equipment is provided to all guests who book.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is perfect for a number of different activities, including photoshoots, video shoots, meetings, seminars, and many other types of gatherings. The space features a large medical grade air filter to help circulate the air and filter out viruses. Downstairs, the space features a large open area that can be reconfigured for a photo or video shoot. A rolling paper backdrop, as well as additional equipment, is available as an add-on. The downstairs can also be used for seminars or presentations. The space comes equipped with folding chairs, a chalkboard wall, and a rolling TV for presentations. Upstairs is a custom-built conference table with ample charging for laptops along the middle. There is a 65" 4K TV along with a 4K Apple TV to be used in meetings. The space includes a kitchen and two additional office rooms as well. Both rooms include a desk and chair.

Parking description

There are three free parking spots designated for our unit. There is free 2-hour parking along the street. Across the street there is an underground parking lot with ample paid parking.

Lighting description

During the day, the room is well-lit with natural light, which can be completely or partially blocked as needed. There is an eastern-facing window equipped black-out curtains, and an overhead skylight that can be closed with a motorized shade. The brightest time of day is at noon.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Outside noise in the studio is generally very low. Neighbors can not normally be heard and the room is far from the road so you can not hear traffic (except for an occasional siren). The AC can be completely controlled. Occasionally the metro rolls by outside of the window, though the noise is not very loud.

Equipment can be loaded into the space right by the front of the building. There is a ramp that goes up to the front door.

Electrical system description

Power rating is 110V. There are outlets all around the main room and upstairs. We do not have access to the circuit breaker.

General Rules

There is no smoking allowed in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol may not be consumed in the space.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture may be rearranged within the room (except for the upstairs conference room table). Furniture may not be removed from the room.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
