All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have two spaces, A is a 40-seat theater with a 16x16 stage and 150 square foot lobby. B is a 21-seat studio space with a 10x13 stage and a 150 square foot lobby. Both spaces are great for classes, readings, rehearsals or filming. Each space has a backstage area and bathroom. Both are street level.

There is two-hour metered parking along Lankershim until 6pm, after that, it is free. There is also free parking on various side-streets around the theater.
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Food and beverage allowed in lobbies only. No food or beverage allowed in the theatre spaces except for water.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
