|| ONE PRICE FOR ALL SETS || Large 3000+ SQFT film space is perfect for music videos and other video or film projects. We have 3 large rooms on the ground floor with multiple high end looks and fully built out film sets. Film set 1 - Industrial open floor with a 10ft x 10ft LED Video Wall. You can choose videos or photos from our own stock library or bring your own footage to play on the screen. Overhead Laser- created stunning visuals with full RGB. Create a unique combo with the video wall displaying visuals at the same time. Film set 2 - Vintage Apartment set with checkered floor. Film set 3 - Tunnel with RGB lights in a plexiglass ceiling. Film set 4 - Vaporwave LED grid floor Film set 5 - Hacker Headquarters with CRT TV wall Film set 6 - Newspaper Room with RGB light Film set 7 - Concrete stage with RGB light up pillars and stairs Our loading dock and roll up doors make it easy to load in equipment, furniture, set design, flats, and more. All rentals can use our grip package at no additional cost. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Excellent production studio with multiple great shooting stages and for a very fair price. Was able to get plenty of content for my DJ set as well as do a photo shoot, and they even provided some much needed utilities such as a Bluetooth speaker, table, and extension cords which made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it

Hi! We loved the space and Anthony from the team was incredible! Very helpful and was able to quickly troubleshoot any needs! We would highly recommend the space in the future to others and consider booking it again. FEEDBACK: One thing that I wanted to mention was that while we really appreciate being accomodated on changing our rental date, we had the space booked from 7am-5pm. The next guests who rented the space started attempting to load in and walked the space while we were loading out at 4:30 pm. Our talent was still on site in wardrobe while new guests were walking in. They should have been told to wait outside until the time they were paying for the space. we felt like we were in their way, while we were paying for the space still. Technically we had the space for that hour from 4-5 and were paying for the use of the space.
