Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Safety protocols are in place for your protection. The studios are frequently cleaned and sanitized. Disposable masks, hand sanitizers, a medical-grade thermometer and a hand-washing sink in the hallway are all easily accessible. Each studio is exclusive to your use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Easy access parking lot surrounding the building, parking is very close to the unit.

Lighting description

In Studio 2 there are 3 windows, one that opens halfway with a screen. There are blinds to block out light, and with the lights off very little light comes in. The most light is in the afternoon. In Studio 1 there is a floor to ceiling windown to the hallway with cellular blinds. Studio 1 is best for almost total blackout.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The space is tranquil and quiet, it is rare that you hear the neighbors. It is great for recording.

Equipment loading description

Trucks for load in will need to be moved after load out to make sure it isn't blocking any spaces. There are other offices in this building, so it's important to be respectful of the space. The suite is easily accessed from the parking lot between building 200 and 300 or 300 and 400. There are no stairs and its on the ground floor.

Staging area is available

If you book both Studio 1 and 2, one or the other can be used as a staging area. There is a common area sink in the hallway with a ring light mirror that can be used for touchups.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The common areas are off limits, but if the owner or assistant is there it can be discussed for some shots. Studio 3 is the owners room, it has furniture in it and is off-limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The circut breaker can be accessed inside the space by the owner or assistant. There are multiple outlets in each studio.
