About the Space
Welcome to Tuleste Factory. A classic NYC loft space with full kitchen, private bathroom, and gorgeous outdoor space. We are an operating non-traditional gallery located in the heart of Chelsea with options to move art and furniture pieces to create your special event. Our team offers full production services upon request. In addition to the main loft we have two additional rooms that are available for potential add-ons. Due to the latest regulations the maximum amount of guests we can have at anytime is 50.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Celeste and her team are really wonderful people. So accommodating, so cool. It's not sound proof but it's quiet. We were rolling on seated interviews all day and maybe had to pause once or twice for a few seconds each. Just part of city shooting. Better for sound than 90% of peerspace locations we've rented. We scouted the location and no surprises between scout and shoot day. They came through on any request or ask we had. Good, honest, lovely people. And a great space. Thank you Celeste and team!!! <3
