About the Space

This completely renovated modern chic space offers 700 sqft of open space with a lot of natural light and a serene fireplace that has the ability to be a heat source as well. The couch and chairs placed can be easily moved to the side to create the perfect set up for your event. It is great for pop up shops, birthday gatherings, bridal showers, networking events, dinners, workshops, podcasts set up, art exhibitions, and more. We invite you to create the space you need with our velvet furniture and sleek decor. Getting to the space is easy with close proximity to 695. You'll have unlimited free parking in the parking lot in the shopping center. *Our space is ADA accessible due* Included in all rentals: * 55" flat screen TV with HDMI connection * Sony surround sound speaker system with bluetooth capabilities * Wifi * One 8ft table and ten black folding chairs * Unlimited guest parking * Outside side space for additional set up if needed Rental add ons: Semi private booths. These spaces are 7x8 and 10x8 in size with very high ceilings to keep an open concept feel. Curtains allow to keep the space more or less private depending on event.

General Rules BOOKING TIMES Renters may only access the space during the time of the rental hours booked. The booking times must include anytime the Renter needs for event preparations and cleanup. Setup and break down should be factored into your booking hours, and renters are expected to vacate completely by the end of the reservation time. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. All renters must be 21 years of age and have valid forms of ID to reserve the Beauty Bar. Our maximum capacity for all event types is 40-45 people. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. OVERTIME In accordance with Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. FOOD & BEVERAGE Outside food and beverage is allowed. FURNITURE Any furniture moved during your event must be placed back in its original location at the end of your event. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Weapons, illegal drugs and activities are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited including hookahs and hookah pens. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning and facility fee is an additional $40, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be subtracted from your security deposit and any remaining balances will be be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS We do not provide linens, or ice. Feel free to bring a cooler for the extra storage of ice. Service dogs only. You will be notified of any additional fees incurred.
