We can fit 5 cars in the parking area of this listing. We have additional spaces if needed for an additional fee of $10 per vehicle. We can park a total of 30 vehicles max. No trailers and no moving vans 20ft and up.

We ask that you please respect the property and leave no trace. The minimum daily rate shown is for non-commercial still shoots with a maximum crew/talent size of 15 people or less for a 6 hour day. Please inquire for rates on larger impact jobs and/or crews. Include the following details about your project. PROOF OF INSURANCE -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors PARKING -Parking is permitted for 5 vehicles. Inquire for an additional vehicle parking for a separate fee, $10 per vehicle. No trailers and no moving trucks 20ft and larger. (30 vehicles max) LOAD IN LOAD OUT -Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking PHOTOGRAPHY -Clients agree to allow Location to use photography/videography from their booking. KITCHEN - Location’s kitchen is available for cooking or washing. You may use our filtered water inside the kitchen to refill bottles. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Unless it is agreed to in writing by Owner, the following are NOT allowed at Location: -Illegal substances -Smoking of any kind! Topanga is in a high fire hazard area -Low volume background music is allowed outside, but no public address system/amplification by microphones or loud/live amplified music is permitted outside. -Pyrotechnics, stunts, gunshots or “smoke”. If agreed by Owner, only water-based smoke or fog is to be used. Absolutely no oil-based smoke. -Children, animals or guests unless they are part of a scene. -Condors for excessive night lighting. -Access to roof or any part thereof. -Nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. -Glitter or confetti of any kind -Sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. -Adult films -Moving of furniture. Please let us know in advance if furniture will need to be moved.
