We look forward to helping your vision be realized. Carved into the hillside, this Modern Mid-Century one-bedroom home is perfect for a video shoot, film shoot, or photo shoot. You've got many nuanced choices in the layered outdoors and enchanting indoors complete with fireplace. ~ Open and airy, shaded-by-oaks outdoor space, the perfect social distancing option. ~ Please know we take extra sanitary precautions to ensure you and your crew and cast can relax and have fun. After every event we clean all surfaces, doorknobs, etc. Note the stairs! The entire property is full of them, so get your walking shoes on! Trucks can be loaded from Woodrow Wilson Entrance if they're too large for the Park Center Drive entrance which has a narrow street. You'll have to find where to park them long term. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
