  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This large active digital production space offers high-tech, futuristic sets with a Zen feel and colorful lights. A large screen and projector allow for multi-media use in this versatile and unique space. All furniture shown in our photos is included in your rental. Movie props and stylized creatures adorn the space, creating the perfect atmosphere for fun and funky events. With tons of cool angles and textures located throughout, there are lots and lots of photo ops!. Our 2,000 sq foot studio/digital production space is available for meetings and shoots, and with a 20-person crew, everyone can work at a distance. The space includes a bathroom and a kitchen for the production to use. A recording booth and a green screen stage can be accessed for an additional price. Lights available: - Overhead lights (option of colored or white) on a dimmer - 4 units Arri 650 - 5 unites Arri studio 1000 Amenities: - Professional, pre-lit green screen - Free Parking - Available dressing/green room - Access to bathroom and kitchen - Professional recording room - Dynamic space (high tech and zen areas) Insurance required? Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
