This converted storefront is spacious, bright and ready for your next creative meeting. Our vintage minimalist themed space includes a cozy seating area complete with tufted velvet couch, twin cane chairs, coffee table, greenery and boho wall decor. The walls are painted bright white and mostly bare to allow a blank slate for your design ideas. Large south facing windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day. Vintage tin ceiling tiles add warmth and character to the space. The open floor plan allows you to craft the perfect layout for your gathering. Whether it's a team building event, seminar, offsite or workshop, the space can comfortably hold up to 40 people. The space is freshly painted with 11ft ceilings, new floors and copious electrical outlets throughout for A/V equipment and additional lighting. We're conveniently located on Belmont Ave, walking distance to the Blue Line and a short drive from 90/94. There's convenient street parking on Belmont and easy keyless entry. It was Perfect! I thought parking would be a major issue but it was great as well. 1 block away was the furthest walk to the space. The area was spacious and clean and safe. I honestly dont think you'll beat the price for what you get. I had a birthday gathering for about 35-40 people and we sat and had fun comfortable. We had an issue with the toilet that was resolved in minutes after the text. I would recommend this space and would be using it a lot more often. Thanks again.
